Milestone of Agricultural Biotechnology Development in Taiwan

Biowork  Registration Approval in Japan

After years of research and development, sale license is approved for Bion Tech Inc. (BTI) Bacillus subtilis biopesticide product in Japan, with trade name Biowork.

Export of BTI biopesticide is the first step of agricultural biotechnology industry in Taiwan. To celebrate and share such encouraging achievement with everyone, a ceremony is held by BTI at Agora Garden Taiepi (Ball Room B) on Jan 19, 2005; this cheerful event also announces the new era of agricultural biotechnology in Taiwan.
